DEAN AND DEMONS they don't get along and very rarely does he make exceptions for that rule (Dante and Raidou are the two). Xellos is very typically "demon" in his perspective, since he gets off pain and suffering. He doesn't like him, he'd kill him if Xellos stepped out of line and he makes no secret hiding it.

That being said, Dean doesn't get why Xellos bothers talking to him at all. He has a lot of manpain and suffering in him, sure, but he doesn't get why Xellos would still try.

Inigo just thinks Xellos is a weird priest which is par on course for him.
